The professionals at Jimenez Consulting Solutions bring years of experience working with both small and large organizations around the globe. Our team is highly capable, talented, and focused on providing high-quality services which improve the businesses of our clients.

In addition to working together at Jimenez Consulting Solutions, LLC, many members of our team have worked together for several years at our predecessor firms, Ernst & Young, LLP and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Collectively, we have experience across all the service areas and industries represented on this site. Susan Jimenez

Susan R. Jimenez
President & CEO

Susan Jimenez has over 20 years of consulting experience helping clients solve an array of complex business challenges. Her work has covered numerous business functions and all stages of the systems life cycle in both package integration and custom development environments. She also has significant experience in project and program management.

Moving through the ranks from Staff Consultant to Partner with Ernst & Young, and later as a Vice President with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGE&Y), Ms. Jimenez has led teams ranging in size from three people to over 225 people, and applies a holistic, analytical, and results-oriented approach to business and technology issues. She has worked extensively with individuals at all levels of her clients’ organizations, from end users to senior executives. She has experience in numerous industries, including health care, manufacturing, financial services, telecommunications, higher education, and the public sector. She also held a number of leadership positions, and was the top local CGE&Y executive for the Phoenix marketplace.(more)


Laura Cross

Laura M. Cross
Executive VP & COO

Ms. Cross has 10 years of consulting experience and 14 years of overall experience in business process improvement and technology across various industries. She has extensive experience with both custom system development and package system selection and implementation projects as well as was on the Ernst & Young Package-Enabled Re-engineering methodology development team. She has managed and participated in multiple vendor assessment and selection efforts as well as in managing the subsequent vendor relationships. In many cases, she has also managed the implementation of the technology solution.

She has managed all aspects of projects, including developing and managing project plans, staffing models, resource staffing, vendor/supplier relationships, engagement economics (e.g., budget, profit, utilization), client invoicing and receivables, project status, issue resolution, risk mitigation, team deliverables, QA for deliverables, client satisfaction, and team member development and performance. Additionally, she has served as an analyst, designer, developer, and tester of various software applications.(more)

 

Jim Gibson
Vice President & CIO

Mr. Gibson has over 11 years of management consulting experience providing both technical and non-technical solutions to clients in healthcare, financial services, government, utility/energy, and aerospace. He has experience working with individuals at all levels within client organizations from end users to senior executives. He is a proven leader and has managed all phases of individual projects as well as managing and providing oversight for portfolios of up to 20 simultaneous projects and programs while maintaining a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.

He has filled numerous roles for clients, including strategic roles working with senior leadership to create 10-year IT capital spending plans, facilitating and documenting corporate IT strategy, creating a $600+ million capital budget for a large clinical program, and creating materials presented to senior executives and the Board of Directors. He also has over 2 years of experience managing an IT department where he was responsible for IT operations for a 2500+ user community, departmental/cost center staffing, strategic and tactical planning, departmental budgeting, capital budgeting, change management, issue resolution, hardware/software inventory management, and business continuity/disaster recovery planning.
