Served as Program Management Director for a 225 person, 3 year
effort to create a new business unit for a major not-for-profit healthcare provider. The program
Ms. Jimenez was responsible for managing included several major projects, including full implementation
of SAP, implementation of a major Patient Accounting System, definition and implementation of call
center technology, and all related business processes.
Managed a large global effort to assist a client with design,
development, and implementation of a common back office accounting system and processes for its operation
in 35 countries. Ms. Jimenez led the effort to define and prioritize global system and process
requirements, and worked with executive management of the client and vendor to define software release
packaging and scheduling. She also led the implementation effort in the United Kingdom, and provided
overall program management for all related efforts, including software modification, testing, and rollout,
and overlapping system and process implementation in multiple countries.
Served as the Account Executive for an effort to select and implement
a business and technology solution for the accounting and manufacturing functions of a manufacturer of
custom, configured products. This included defining requirements, gathering and consolidating vendor
information, presenting findings to the client, assisting with the contract negotiation process, assessing
the system’s fit to the client’s business, defining configuration, defining modifications, and implementing
the solution. Additionally, it included complete management of the implementation, including vendor
management, budget management, issues management, and status reporting.
Managed multiple projects to develop and implement custom software
solutions and to select, modify (as needed), and implement package software solutions for clients, which
were delivered on time and on budget. These projects were delivered in a wide variety of business areas,
including numerous financial and Human Resources-related applications, order and materials management,
product data management, clinical and medical data management, and appointment scheduling.
Managed the design, development, and implementation of a large
distributed system for the Arizona Department of Health Services. The system tracks clients and service
activity for five separate health program modules, and was developed using ORACLE database and development
tools.
Served as Program Management Director for a 150 person, 18 month effort
to assist a Canadian client in establishing a new technology business unit. The program included design
and development of technical service offerings, design, development, and implementation of the required
technical architecture and infrastructure, and implementation of a major order management software package.
The Program Management Office was directly responsible for budgeting, status reporting, issue tracking
and management, change control, risk identification and mitigation, staffing, and ongoing monitoring of
the entire combined effort.
Served as Program Management Director for a 150+ person international
team to separate a significant portion of a client’s business into a standalone entity. Major threads
of the project included technology and infrastructure, finance and accounting, human resources, and
physical facilities.
Directed an effort to define the current state of a back office
accounting system and develop strategic and tactical recommendations for the future. This involved
preparing an inventory of back office technology worldwide, and then investigating issues impacting
countries not currently using the standard solution. Developed a highly effective array of tactical
and strategic recommendations.
Led the analysis, design, development, and implementation effort to
assist a company based in Great Britain with the management of bingo centers located on Indian reservations
in the southwestern United States. Worked closely with executives from both the British company and the
tribal governments to establish the business facilities and operations, and then with Native American bingo
center management and employees to define and implement detailed business processes and system requirements.
Served for several months as the Acting IT Manager for the City of Peoria,
Arizona. Also assisted with the development of a Strategic Plan for the city.
