We at JCS believe it is important to be good stewards and give back to our local communities.  JCS employees are passionate about making a difference and giving back through community leadership, volunteering time and resources, and fundraising.

Some of the organizations JCS employees are involved with include:  Ronald McDonald House Charities of Phoenix, Operation Smile, Fresh Start, Women's Dress for Success of Phoenix, Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Arizona, Phoenix Rescue Mission, Red Cross, Special Olympics, Marin Mammal Center, Ritter House, Casa Allegra, Marin Human Race, Meals of Marin, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and many more.

Several JCS employees are also alumni of the University of Arizona, and are active in various UofA alumni and community activities.  For several years, JCS has helped the UofA Phoenix Alumni Board provide several high achieving, disadvantaged students a scholarship to attend the UofA.
