Our IT Strategy services begin with a current state assessment where we evaluate the basics: we assess your staffing, document your processes, and inventory your technology. We will ask questions - lots of questions. Is your IT organization structured and governed in a way that will support the business? Do you have the right skill sets and mix of labor? Do you have clearly articulated processes? Are they being measured? Are they working? Is your data secured? How are you managing your project portfolio? Your IT organization has to know where you are starting to understand where you need to go, and just as importantly, how to get there.

The IT Strategy we define for your organization will be based on best practices to bridge the gap between the business and IT. We can help you define a flexible IT delivery model that will position you for the next set of government regulations, the next shift in business priority, or the next acquisition. We will help you define the organizational changes that will allow you to clearly measure and communicate the business value of IT.
